Lots are 5,000 square meters in size or about 1.2 acres. A three bedroom, custom built cabin with 1,000 square feet of living area will cost $150,000 US. The land and house will be deeded to the new owner. All utilities will be connected. Water will be supplied by Patagonia Acres. The owners will belong to an owners association.

New owners will have membership in the golf club and will be provided services that include garbage removal, security and road maintenance. The cabin will have a wood burning stove and electric or gas water heater and oven. Each cabin has its own septic tank.

Cabins come with refrigerator, stove, water heaters, wood burning fireplace, ceramic floor tile, hardwood kitchen cabinets and curtains. Each new owner will have “right of way” to explore and horseback ride on the entire 225 acres of land that are part of Patagonia Acres.
